Video screenshots make Zwift crash

Symptoms

  • Zwift freezes or crashes during a ride
  • Crashes often occur when receiving awards or achievements
  • More common on AMD/Radeon GPUs

Solution

Disable video screenshots in Zwift settings:

  1. Open Zwift
  2. Go to Settings (menu icon in bottom left)
  3. Disable Video Screenshots
